Our Team of Dentist
Dr. George Stec
Dr. Stec grew up on the east side of Detroit where he attended DeLasSalle
High School, where he participated in football, basketball, and track.
He then attended Xavier University in Cincinnati. While attending Xavier he worked for Ford and Chrysler to pay his tuition.
Dr. Stec returned to Michigan to attend the University of Michigan where he received his Dental Degree.
Following dental school, Dr. Stec served in the Viet Nam War and then returned to the Detroit area to practice dentistry with his main interest being cosmetic dentistry and braces.
He then attended Xavier University in Cincinnati. While attending Xavier he worked for Ford and Chrysler to pay his tuition.
Dr. Stec returned to Michigan to attend the University of Michigan where he received his Dental Degree.
Following dental school, Dr. Stec served in the Viet Nam War and then returned to the Detroit area to practice dentistry with his main interest being cosmetic dentistry and braces.
Dr. Charles Sobers
Dr. Sobers grew up in the Seven Mile and Hoover area in Detroit where he attended the Detroit Public School System where his interest in dentistry began in the ninth grade.
After high school, he enrolled at the University of Detroit and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major Biology Major. After college, he applied and was accepted at the University of Detroit of Dentistry where a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree was awarded.
Over the past forty-four years, he has practiced dentistry and taken hundreds of hours of continuing education courses and has mentored many other dentists.
Dr. Sobers joined New Haven at its inception in 2007 and gets much satisfaction treating the patients.
As a diversion, he plays clarinet as a volunteer musician with the Warren Concert Band performing in concerts around the area.
After high school, he enrolled at the University of Detroit and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major Biology Major. After college, he applied and was accepted at the University of Detroit of Dentistry where a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree was awarded.

Dr. Daniel Bortolotti
Dr. Daniel Bortolotti is a 1989 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School. He has been practicing in the metropolitan Detroit area since his graduation. Dr. Bortolotti is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and the Macomb Dental Society.
On a year to year basis, Dr. Bortolotti attends multiple courses in continuing education. These courses of Dr. Bill Dorfman, famous from ABC television's Extreme Makeover show. He is also Invisalign certified for orthodontic treatment.
Dr. Bortolotti was requested to return to the University of Detroit Mercy Dental School where he taught part-time as a clinical & pediatric instructor.
